Just uninstall all the games and if possible uninstall/delete the applications/ files you are addicted towards.

you can make a timetable and mention a suitable time in that for using computer
if it not works then uninstall all the games or apps you are addicted to
you can schedule half or 1 hour a day to use your computer and contribute rest of your free time towards your important work or hobbies
