download teamviewer

connect through user id and u can share files from pc to phone or phone to pc without data cable.

You can use your inbuilt Bluetooth of pc , to use Bluetooth in a pc which don't have it inbuilt you have to buy a an external Bluetooth . you can connect your android or iOS device with Bluetooth pairing
