how to use turmeric powder to make a greeting card

First, take some blotting / filter and add a thin layer of tumeric paste to it. Let it dry. Then,stick this to a stiff cardboard piece and cut it to the shape of the greeting card you want. Next,take some soap solution in a bowl and,using a cotton bud (not a used one!) and dip it into the bowl.
