Subconscious mind is the part of body which when awoke can completely change ur life.The very basic practice for it is meditation.It will help a lot.And start meditation from 1 minute and increase it slowly.U will take much time in starting but then it will be okay.Just think it will and it can change ur life in positive manner.
1. Move to a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.
2. Fix your eyes on a point in the ceiling and begin by taking 3 long deep breaths.
3. Take 7 more deep breaths, each time imagining yourself sink deeper into the bed.
4. Once you’ve reached complete relaxation, begin to visualize your perfect day.
