I would like to inform u that my ward *****(ur name)who is studying in class*****(ur class and section) will be/was on leave on/from ******(dates).
You r requested to kindly grant him/her for the above mentioned day/days.

actually its the letter written by parents bcs in our scl parents r given the powers to write
