How to write a letter of the editor for regarding the bad condition of road in your area

Respected sir,
Every road in cities are mostly well developed , but the condition of road passing through my neighborhood is in a critical condition . Due to this most government transport services are not available now. Transport of goods arent going well too . All the educational institutions are not willing to provide bus services to pupils living here . Even private Buses , Taxis are hardly seen on the road.
Kindly take this letter seriously and proceed with necessary tasks

Through the column of ur esteemed newspaper i would like to draw the attention to the people toward the bad road condition in place ( ur) locality
sir the road conditions in our locality is bad that has been damaged since last few month ago and the quality of road was not so well too the engineer doesn't check the conditions of road properly sir due to the damage of road people are getting confused while driving that where they drive? when heavy loaded trucks or transport come throughout the road 2 wheeler driver cant balance theirself , as a result they lost their life , i tell u that so far 200 people are died due this road sir to resolve this people of our village did the try many time but they couldn't
sir even i have written a letter to the higher administration but they couldn't take the proper action on it
therefore sir it is requested to u that to publish my view in ur esteemed newspaper so that people will aware about it
