Well the usual kind of letter which I suppose all my friends(including me) know every word by heart.
Respected Sir/madam,
(if you are writing like your parent) My son/daughter was unable to attend school on <<date>> due to high fever.(just for some pity!)She/he is still under medications. Please excuser him/her in to the classroom today.

l hve been absent for three days because i am fever........ I am in hospital for two days i am discharge yesterday.now I am OK. Tommorw I want to go to hospital for checkup please give me permission to go.
