My daughter, ABC, is a student of class V 'C' of your institution. I hereby inform that we have moved our residence from Pitampura to Rohini.

Kindly update our Rohini address on your records for future correspondence.
I would also require school transportation at our Rohini address from coming Monday onwards i.e. 24-02-2014. I am enclosing a cheque of Rs.300/- for the transportation fee for February and March.
