Dear dairy,
Today when I was busy showing rings to a couple about to be engaged,I heard a squeal of delight.I turned around and to my horror spotted a monkey trying on a pearl necklace.It seems that the monkey had followed the boy who arrived with the couple.meanwhile before the guards could react the monkey ran out of shop.We all ran behind it. Soon a big huge/big crowd assembled and also started following us.My heart was in my mouth. I felled as if I had lost my pearl necklace worth 1000 of rupees to a rowdy monkey .She created quite a rucksuck in the market also. And then she plunged the necklace into the canal.We all dived straight after it.Finally the customer who was in my shop prior to the arrival of the monkey was able to locate it.As he handed me back the precious pearl necklace .I heaved a sigh of relief later on I came to know that her name was 'Tutu'.
