whenever you want to write a leave letter, follow the following steps
step 1: write the from address, that is your address or your School address with your name and your parents name
(leave one line)
step 2: write the date at which you are writing this letter
(leave one line)
step 3: write the to address that is your teachers name and your school address
(leave one line )
step 4: salutation. like Respected sir or madam
step 5: write the subject
step6: the main content
you can start your letter by introducing yourself and your class.
after this you can write your reason that why were you absent with date mentioned
( eg : As suffering from fever/typhoid/common cold , I was unable to attend classes from (mention the date that you were absent) )
you can conclude your letter by these following lines..
(eg: please excuse me and kindly accept my daughter /son to attend the classes
step7. write thanking you .
step8: yours faithfully/truly with undersigned of ur parents
