    (the subject should be short and catchy and to be written in the centre)

       Introductory paragraph
                  (always start the intoductory para by mentioning an incident related to the topic which made you pen down or write a letter)
      Main content  [causes + suggestions]
                  (2 paragraphs will do but take care of the word limit)
      Closing paragraph
                  (Remeber while changing the para dont live a line. write in the next line giving two finger space gap)
