well i m going to to give u only the body. as ir is only half info. i am providing an eg.

This is to inform you that a cultural festival will be organised in the school on 25th May 2019. It is to increase students knowledge towards diff. cultures . Students can participate by representing diff. cultural festivals. Duartion of the fest will be 8:00am-2:00 pm . For more details contact the undersigned.
