Like the topic is to describe a scene in which there are children playing....... a tree....... etc.


So the sentences will be like.....

अत्र चित्रे बाला: क्रीडन्ति । (In this picture, children are playing)

अत्र चित्रे वृक्ष: अस्ति । (In this picture, there is a tree) 

इत्यादि............


We have to put अत्र चित्रे..... meaning - in this picture.

It is not compulsory to put अत्र. As अत्र means इधर and चित्रे means चित्र में . Therefore, this sentence is also fine चित्रे वृक्ष: अस्ति ।
