It is stated that I am mohit sahu student of this institution since Class 5th to Class 8th. Recently, I have taken the exams of Eighth Standard and by scoring good marks I am promoted to Class Ninth. My father is a Government employee and due to his job nature we have to shift to other city. It is to inform that, without knowing about any notification about shifting I enrolled myself for Class Ninth.

My fee and annual funds for new class are paid. But unfortunately, due to shifting I cannot study further in this school. I want to you cancel my enrollment and refund my fee as it would be a great favor for me. I shall be thankful to you.
