for writing the report you have to follow simple format..

On 15 may, the environmental day was celebrated in our school.the MP was the cheif guest.He come at 9:30am
.and then smoothly program was started..
there student have given many performance
.and then on 11 am.The Pricipal sir come and say about the values of environment.
he asked cheif guests to say something and cheif guest come and started..

then at last near about 12 we go to the plant trees..and programme was going to closed..
