Here's how I usually write a speech-

So, first come up with a topic! Maybe your teacher would have given you the topic for writing the speech. So to make you understand this, here I will tell you how you can write a speech about Global Warming!

So first research a little bit on the topic if you don't know much about it. After you've gotten enough info about the topic. write down some points in a rough paper.

Usually I write speeches in 3 paragraphs. The first paragraph is the introduction, 2nd paragraph you can add important points regarding the topic and the 3rd paragraph is conclusion.

So, in the first paragraph begin by saying some quote if you want or just start like this:- 'Good morning Ladies and Gentlemen, today I stand before you to deliver a speech on the topic 'Global Warming'. Then write some lines that help the person reading the speech understand about what Global Warming is. Include points about 4 to 5 lines telling about it!

In 2nd paragraph, include many points. Write more about this topic and explain it thoroughly. Write how Global Warming and how it could affect us humans and its disadvantages. Include as many points as you can!! Write about climate activists, the disasters the world faced in the past few years and all that.

Next in the last paragraph, which is the concluding paragraph, write about how we can take measures against Global Warming and what we can do to prevent this together and all that. You can also add a 'Thank You' at the end. For example you can end by saying:-

Global warming isn't a small issue. If measures aren't taken against this, we can say Goodbye to human existence and our Mother Earth. So, lets all take an oath today to stop polluting our earth and protect it all costs. There is no Planet B, so let's preserve the only earth we have! Thank You.

So, this is how I usually write speeches! Its very easy to write them. Don't worry. Just follow these steps and write your first speech!
