(y - y')= m(x-x') is the std eqn
where,
x',y' are given points and m= slope
so above points can written as,
y-(-2)=(-1/3)(x-(-6 )
(y+2)(-3)=x+6
-3y-6=x+6
x+3y+12=0. is required std. eqn
