How to write this question in project work book
Answers
Explanation:
The Project Workbook is the single most important tool / collection of information that a Project Manager needs to maintain to go about his/her work. A well maintained Project Workbook speaks volumes about a Project Manager.
There are no standards for exactly how much or how little detail needs to be tracked in a Project Workbook; it is left to the Project Managers to decide how they choose to organize their Project Workbook.
So wouldn't it be great if you had a template Project Workbook that helped you track just about everything a Project Manager needs to do! For instance:
"Project Charter, Project Dashboard, Budget, Risk Register, Issue Log, Action Log, Delivery Milestones, WBS (High Level), Contact List, Roles & Responsibilities, Resource Allocation Matrix, Assumptions & Constraints, Decision Log, Communication Plan, CR Log, Deliverable Acceptance Log, Time Track - Res, Time Track - Task, Invoice Tracking etc."
