Trade and transportation is like the two sides of a coin because for the betterment of the trade transportation is essential. It can be observed from the Industrial revolution and the invention of steam engine which led to a drastic change in the evolution of rail transportation and boosted the trade activity in the Europe espicially in Britain. As the trade improves more parts of a county or continent gets interconnected through road, rail and waterways. So we can state that the development in trade helps in the development of transportation facilities in a region.
