Hey There! This question has been a relevant one now. ☺

Many of us block other users. Basically, it is for keeping us away from chats with people who irritates or abusesus via Brainly Messaging system.

But at times, we also may end up in accidental blocking. If we mistakenly block one of our best buddy, there is nothing worse than that. :(

Fortunately, there is one way to unblock a user! :D

But, it is currently for users accessing Brainly site (brainly.in) only.

Here are steps to unblock a user :

Step-1 : Go to the user's profile whom u want to unblock. (Pic 1 below)

Step-2 : Click on "Write a message". (Pic 2 below)

Step-3 : Click on "UNBLOCK" button. (Pic 3 below)

You are done! ;)

You can then resume your chats with the unblocked person.

Your chat history won't be deleted when blocking & thus on unblocking, you can start from where you left.

But unfortunately, there ain't an "UNBLOCK ALL" option yet. If You don't remember whom all u have blocked, it will be difficult to unblock unless they contact you via 'Profile Comments'.

Basically, blocking is a feature of Brainly to keep their users away from advertisements of other websites, chats with people who irritates or abuses via Brainly Messaging System or other kinds of unwanted messages.

Blocking a user will prevent them from contacting you again. But, remember that if someone is bothering or bullying you, the best thing to do is to report them as well, or contact the Administrator via private messages.

But, if you have accidentally blocked a user , then need not to worry. Fortunately, there is one solution to Unblock that user in brainly.

It is currently available in the browser version of Brainly. (brainly.in). You can unblock a user in both PCs and mobile phones.

Follow the given easy steps to unblock a user:--

Step-1: Log in to your brainly account from browser from which you want to unblock the user.

Step-2: After that click on your profile and search for the username in the friends column.

Step-3: Click on the "Write a message" button as shown in the attachment.

Step- 4: Click on the "UNBLOCK" button

You are done! :)

Now, you can resume your chat with the unblocked person. Your chat history won't be deleted in both the cases of blocking and unblocking and you can start from where you have left.

In cases if you don't remembered the username of blocked user, it will become more difficult unless they contact you via "Profile Comments"
