Constitution of Belgium was framed in the following manner:
1. It was changed 4 times.
2. Decided that number of Dutch speaking and French speaking people 'll be in equal ratio.
3. Most of the power of central government is shared with state government.
4. Brussels(the capital) have a separate government in which the members from each grp 'll be in equal number.
5. If their is majority of Dutch in the country then in the capital french 'll in majority.
This all was done just to bring peace in the country.
