Earlier there were very few laws protecting the environment in India. There was hardly any enforcement of these laws. The environment was treated as a 'free' entity and any industry could pollute the air and water without any restrictions. Now there has been a change in perception.

Earlier before 14 th century
people used to treat the forests as there got and totally respects and loves them
due to lack of machines and knowledge of thinks which we can get trom plants in earlier days people do not cuts the trees
