how to find the co ordinate of a point in graph

(1) Mirror image of (0,4) in x axis
(2) Mirror image of (-3,-5) in y axis

actually you gave two coordinate of x and y for x axis. the point can be plot but never on the x axis it is on point (0,4)will be on y axis as Mirror image same for it if mirror is placed along with y axis and for point (-3,-5)the -3 will be seen 3 and -5remains same as point came in 4th quadrant
