Given :

  • Mass of space pod (m) = 20.0 kg or 20 kg
  • Force (F) = 5.0 N

To find :

  • Acceleration (a)

According to the question,

In this question we will use the formula of F = ma,

F = ma

Where,

  • F stands for Force
  • a stands for Acceleration
  • m stands for Mass

Substituting the values

→ 5 = 20 × a

→ 5 ÷ 20 = a

→ 0.25 = a

.°. The acceleration is 0.25 m/s²...
