Caste” similarities are explained and advertised through newspapers and media openly against spirit and use in  constitution, leading to benefits for

individuals without worth, work, ability and any service to nation, tolerated!!!  

But punishment extended to responsible citizen for misuse of “state” in India.

“State” term in India for its misuse for so called provincial offices from 2000 to 2010 vis-a-vis convention use it in Minister of “State” position.

Perception of India by a foreigner:

There are different perceptions of different people about India:

Some people say that India is an exhausting place to experience, but in the best sense.

• Some people say that India seems to be poorly finished, unrestricted, badly maintained, or falling apart.  

• Some people say that they have a sort of love-hate relationship with India.
