In India, “caste” equations are openly created, defined, published and advertised through newspapers and media openly against the spirit and use in the constitution (hence, un-constitutional), leading to advantages and benefits to individuals without worth, work, ability and any service to the nation, tolerated!!! But punishment extended to a rational and responsible citizen for misuse of “state” term in India!!
Again, “state” term in India as used in India {for example, by National Dairy Development Board, Anand (under NDDB Act, 1987) for its misuse for so called provincial offices from 200o to 2010} vis-a-vis convention use of it in Minister of “State” position. As India has witnessed terms based Politics with regard to “Impeachment” and “Judicial Review” terms recently, misuess of terms like “caste” and “state” term go in India against constitution. Articlke 19(1) provides citizens right to assemble peaceably and without arms (subject to reasoanble restrictions) that is, Right to Public meeting which can be enumerated as below
“People may meet together whenever or wherever they please in so far as they do not offend against the law. They can be comprehended for committing a nuisance, or tresspass or constituting an unlawful assembly, Public have no right to meet in a public throughfare or public resorts”
Under the above right, countless workshops (mostly by NGOs), conferences, seminars, alumni get-together happen in India, but what goes against constitution or so to say is un-constitutional in public meetings in India is participation and addresses in these public meetings by foreign citizens!!! The participation goes openly and even these public meetings are covered with photographs of foreign nationals in newspapers.
The so called intelligentsia has never bothered about open and unconstitutional misuse of “state” and “caste” terms which go in India with support of media and newspapers for the advantages of a few in India, therefore, when by directed politics on terms like “Impeachment” and “Judicial Review” go on in India, the citizenry is seldom surprised and the power is said to be held by Kakistocracy by the Opposition not in direct terms.
