Mark Anthony was the loyal friend of Caesar. He not only uses his wisdom of head but also wisdom of heart.
He instigates the mob against the conspirators by making such comments that would soften the hearts of mob towards Caesar .
Antony's speech was full of emotions and reality. He not only proved Caesar innocent and without ambition but also proved the conspirators shrewd and cunning.
He told the mob that Caesar was not being ambitious as he didn't accept the proposal for being Roman king which was presented him thrice. Moreover, He considered Romans as his real heir and left them all his property.
In this way, his arguments touched the Roman Citizens' heart and they were full of hatred for conspirators. Thus, Antony was successful in provoking the Roman mob by appealing them to Caesar's loyality .
