This story is totally virtually so it is hard to believe that he had saved Sebastian it was like that the computer which Michael have that was off Sebastian and in that computer his memory was saved and when we you was playing that game he got an accident and hence his memory got in the computer and when he was in coma he was playing the game it's actually to miraclus that how he might be playing so it can't be so that's why it's hard to believe that how he might have been saved by Sebastian by playing the game itself he have saved Sebastian from coma
