Miss Pumphrey was head over heels for Tricki and pampered him too much.When he was overweight she thought he did not eat enough and was suffering from malnutrition and gave him extra meals between meals like malt ,horlicks and cod liver oil to build up his body.In the long run she was unaware that what she did to Tricki brought him more harm than good.
