There was an other Revolution in France Reforms of Jacobin regime was the abolition of slavery in the French society. In the Carribbean , people were good suppliers of tobacco, indigo sugar and coffee. There is also shortage of labor on the plantations. It was a triangular slave trade between Europe , Africa and Americas. The local chieftains sold the slaves and they were brought by Bordeaux and Nantes . they were packed tightly into ships for 2-3 months. In eighteenth century it was criticism of slavery in French society. In 1794 National Assembly legislated to free all the slaves.
