how was the book different from the screen

In computer the letters used to move but in book there was no movement of letters
And also the book had become yellow and sprinkled

It was awfully funny to see that the words stood still, instead of the way they were supposed to move on a screen. When they turned back to the page before, it had the same words on it which were there when they read it for the 1st time.
