Because as there were three classes amended by the king. The first class which refers to priest denied to pay Texas which was allotted by the king. In second class which consists of big businessman, and wealthy person pay their taxes regularly, but the third class which consists of poor labourer and lower caste people not only had to pay the Texas of their but had to pay the Texas of first class people's Texas. Due to this Third class people star conflicting and this lead to the French Revolution.
