it is removed with the help of a machine called dialyzer through dialysis

dialysis is the process in which the blood is made to pass through an artificial cleaning liquid which takes up harmful nitrogenous wastes of the body and makes the blood reusable.

however this machine does not hold on for a long time and in case of lack of kidney transplantation, the patient may lead to death.
