internal dimensions are respectively external dimensions - 2 * thickness
Ex : if a cuboid has dimensions 10 cm by 15 cm 20 cm then and the thickness is 5 cm then the internal dimensions are 5 cm by 10 cm by 15 cm
hope this helps
