How we can help our railway in running as per scheduled time?

If we want something to be perfect so we should be perfect.we should not pull chain in every destination.so by stoping the train so it waste the time unnessesarly.

We should not pull chain and shouldn't let others pull the chain unlessairly so their is no dealy. This is the best way to help our railways running scheduled time.
