how we can see the nucleus in microscope. write down all the procedure

Hii..

Samples we see under the microscope are made from tissues called as tissue samples from the organ we desire to study..

So from the particular tissue we take cytoplasm can be stained by eosin stain and nucleus can be stained by Haemotoxylin stain

Stains are coloured solutions which impart colour so structures in tissues can be identified easily..
