how we can turn milk into curd (yougrt) very fast ?

with following steps....
1. first make it a little bit hot.
2. now let it be cold.
3.now put some curd .

in this way after a few hours u will get curd.

First u hot milk and then cool it and add little amount of curd in the milk as when little amount of curd is added to milk then loactobacillus bacteria multiplies and growsmore and more changing milk into curd
