Well to get out of depression you may just do some simple things,
1) Just try to forget the reason for your depression and don't recollect it again n again.
2) Just do all those things that makes you happy and you enjoy doing that.
3) Then try to listen song good songs as songs are the best treatment for any ailment.
4) Try doing meditation and some yoga, that will make your mind fresh and will open up your mind it is there best way to overcome depression.

Depression! Depression! Depression!
Everything , everywhere, everyday depression!
Fighting against it is very easy but finding the reason to be in depression and improve upon it is hard.
Do you know why is it so?
Because in the first case you are avoiding depression and running away from it.
Warehouse in the second case you are really I mean actually fighting against it.
So the first thing that you will have to do is to keep your mind calm and in peace because angry mind always thinks negative for this you me do yoga aasanas, excercise, meditation, listening songs which have slow motion tune avoid rocking or hard metal. Bhajans our best! I know it would be a bit awkward for you but it would help you.
Be in contact of a funny person Never Be Alone because if you be alone your mind would get attached with the depression and the reason for it you are having, it doesn't mean you are running away it means you are not carrying your depression everywhere with you.
Watch humorous movies which would refresh your mind.
Read inspiring thoughts and good funny stories.
You may also go for inspiring videos which will make you self confident and would encourage you to come out of your problem and you would be out of your depression.
It would remove all the hindrance and obstacles standing in your way.
Always opt for the things you enjoy in , this how you would never feel depressed and would enjoy yourself this would make your mind happy and you would feel livingly you will never become neutral.
Always remember to be neutral is the key to be depressed and to have happy joyful Jolly feelings is the key to come out of it.
Always my answers would change according to the type of depression you are having but the points which I told above are common for all.
Never keep the reason for your depression as a secret as it would always hurt your heart and mind so share it but only with the ones you trust are the ones who are your well wishers .
They can be your parents or your best friend who is your childhood friend .
And then come out to a conclusion that how you would come out of the problem depression .Just work hard and try for solving it and never lose hope for Hope only gives a key to success.
And try not to be angry much because anger is the root for all depression.
Move ahead in life and leave the things that made you cry opt for the one which would make you smile.
