weeds effects the plant growth by absorbing more nutrients frm the soil and grow larger and not allow light rays to fall on other plants so bcz of no nutrients and light the plant cant prepare food and die hence these weeds affect the growth of plants

the answer according to me is-

the weed affect the growth of crop plants by

- the weeds are also plants, so they use or take nutrition from soil

-there will be competition for water, nutrients(minerals).

-so the crop plants will not get sufficient water, nutrients

AND THUS, WEEDS AFFECT THE GROWTH OF CROP PLANTS
