Indian companies were required to give a huge amount of raw material but less amount   or less money  and they were exploited.........

Indian exports after the European trading companies took control became much larger.


The kings that ruled the country before the Europeans came in would keep the border closed and hence it was a big difference when the European traders came to India.


The Europeans found better trade routes and they opened India for external trade.
