The anomalies of Mendeleev's periodic table were,
1.It has an ambiguity in position of some elements as, some elements with larger atomic weights are placed before elements with smaller atomic weight without any justified reason.
2. The isotopes have unclear position or the position is not confirmed.
3. Position of hydrogen was doubtful.
4. Since atomic masses do not increase in a regular manner , it was difficult to predict the number of elements that could be discovered between two elements.
These anomalies were removed by Modern periodic table, which considered atomic no. as the more fundamental property and so,
1. The elements were arranged in increasing order of atomic numbers and all were assigned to definite position and the ambiguity remained no longer.
2. The isotopes are placed with their atoms as all of them have same atomic numbers.
3. The hydrogen was assigned a position at the top of the period which is different but the nature mixes with the group elements.

because Mendeleev able to arrange 63 elements in order to increasing atomic masses but he also put a gap that in future elements will introduced and come in that empty place but he is unable to set table in increasing atomic masses ex. co and ni but modern periodic table correct only one spelling which is atomic no.
