how will we balance the equation

HNO2 + KMnO4 + H2SO4 = KMnO4 + HNO3 + H2O + K2SO4

wrong equation..... it isn't practically possible. since KMnO4 is repeated on reactant and product side...... so they can be cancelled out. so you have a K atom on product side. but no K on the reactant side. so howz that possible??
