STEP 1 - Iron fillings can be seperated by Magnetic seperation

STEP 2 - Ammonium Chloride can be seperated by sublimarion

STEP 3 - Now mixture should be be sittred and sand settles down

STEp 4 - Lastly it should be evaporated so that salt remains at beaker
