for 2 ohm connect them in parallel nd for 4ohm connect them in first two in series then one in parallel

=3/6=1/2

rp=2ohm

rs=6+6=12ohm

1/rp=1/rs+1/6

=1/12+1/6

=1+2/12

=3/12=1/4

rp=4ohm
