How will you connect three resistors of 3 ohm, 4 ohm and 7 ohm respectively so as to obtain a resultant resistance, of 3.5 ohm ?

Answer:

R1 = 3

R2 = 4

R3 = 7

just series R1 and R2 there net resistance will 7 ohm .

then parallel that resistance with R3

1/R = 1/7 + 1/R3

1/R = 2/7

R = 3.5 ohm
