Extend the line segment of angle 90 degrees to T.
P as a centre and Redius 3 CM draw an arc and cutting the line segment AE at S.
Q as a centre and Draw redius 3 CM draw an arc.
With S as a centre and redius 3 CM cut the previously arc draw arc at R.
