There is a machine which is called hand pump it has the ability to pull water from ground . it can be used .

But it is better to use water with care and don't waste it .

As we study in books when we were kids that when u brush teeth try to close tap . and don't waste water .

And one other thing A country must have DAMES to conserve water .

Miser is the only country where there is a handsome amount of water they can use that water even in days of scarcity .
