take a bucket full of water, then put a mug into it, you will observe that the buoyant will push the mug upwards.

I will just tell in simple
Aim
To prove buoyant force acts upwards
Apparatus
Mug,bucket of water
Procedure
Push the mug inside the water in the opposite direction i.e. the side of the mug which has the open place faces it
Now as it goes inside the water we fell some force tht is buoyant force
