Ladies and gentlemen in your respective capacities i greet you all
I will not introduce myself again as the MC has already done that. I work with the ministry of gender and labor and it is our role to teach and educate our employees the importance of solidarity especially where diversity is in place.
Ladies and gentlemen allow me pose a challenge to you first and foremost. How can you acquire efficiency in a diversified workplace? How do you ensure you work harmoniously with someone who has different beliefs from you, different gender, color, ethics, how do you put all these individuals together for the good of your company or organization?
I guess this question should be best answered by our team leaders, and managers.
It is very important. One way of acquiring solidarity is through team work. Every employee should learn how to co work efficiently with their fellow employees. Regardless of their differences, employees should work harmoniously together and this can only be emphasized through team work.
The other aspect is for our human resource to employee all people without segregating. Organization leaders have to set an example. If a human resource manager can employee a different tribe from yours, as an employee, who do you think you are that you cannot work with them? And i think there should be penalties to those employees who feel too important to work with others. This will set as an example for other employees too.
Lastly ladies and gentlemen, let us preach love, solidarity and oneness among our employees. Parents, let us reinforce the importance of solidarity among our children. This is very important. Employees who segregate in most cases started it at an early age. It started when they were young. Parents let us do our role and do it real good for the betterment of our society.

Good morning everyone present; I am going to talk about Establishing Solidarity Amidst Diversity. Establishing solidarity amidst diversity is quite a challenging task. Diversity is the beauty of life. One is bound to come across diversity in all spheres.
In society, country, world; at workplace, classroom, almost everywhere there is diversity. People having different outlook, with different likes, dislikes, interests, religions, languages, cultures, etc. live and work together. There is bound to arise some differences in opinions. However, maintaining solidarity among these people is a must for the smooth functioning of an organization, society, country, and the world.
Solidarity can be established by keeping people together and through healthy, open, and tolerant work culture. People should be reminded time and time again the values and factors that bind them together. There should be formal and informal get-togethers to enhance mutual understanding, trust, camaraderie, etc.
Solidarity increases automatically when there is frequent interaction and communication among people belonging to different faiths and cultures. The work culture and the administration should be such as promote solidarity. Everyone should be included in this trust-building.
