This means that the young generation is our future strength as they will be able to lead the future because they are our next generation.

Answer:

The young are those to whom we look for future strength and future good. The author reminds the youth of the present to be careful and lead the right path away from peculiar temptations and be morally right in character as the youth's are the future pillars of the future society. If the present youth leads the right path, the future will hold great strength and prosperity.

While on the other hand, if the youth falls prey to the evil habits, then ultimately the future holds no hope and prosperity for the future generations to come.

So the author stressed the given lines as a warning to the persent youth to keep away from temptations and habits as there is only one chance in human life that needs to be moulded in the right path of life.

Therefore, the youth's are the future pillars of the future generations for the goodness of the individual, society and the nation as well.
